Two years ago we created a ten-year strategic plan outlining the goals for new programs that will help to fulfill our threefold mission:

• Reduce the number of animals coming into the Burbank Animal Shelter through education and spay and neuter programs
  
• Enhance the lives of the animals in our care through facility improvements
  
• Ensure the best match possible for all adoptions
  

Our working Advisory Board Members dedicate themselves to the daily task of keeping our membership aligned to working toward these goals.
